Who can call upon Happening’s services?

Anyone planning a business event looking for a partner to design the setting, plan, supply furniture and décor, reserve and manage the entertainment, manage and run the audio-visual requirements. Happening is also renown for the design and creation of custom décor and accessories, 

Can I just work with Happening just for rentals, without using your other services?

Of course! There is a minimum rental fee of $1,500 to which are added insurance, delivery and labour charges. You are also welcome to pick-up from our wharehouse to avoid delivery fees. There are several items not available for pick-up as they require specialised assembly.

How far in advance shall I contact you prior to the event?

The sooner the better! The earlier you start planning, the more chances you have that our services, venues, caterers, entertainers etc are available for your event. Oftentimes, certain dates become more and more popular, so start early!

Within what region do you operate?

In all of Quebec, parts of Ontario and beyond. Call us to find out!

Do I have to provide a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract, and the balance is owed the day of the event.

Our team is comprised of many passionate professionals, with roles in event conceptualisation, planning and sales, creation and design, coordination and logistics, set-up, on-site and tear-down, and audio-visual services.
