Who can use Happening’s services?

Anyone planning a business or private event and looking for a partner to handle event design, planning, furniture rental, entertainment booking, and audiovisual services. Happening is also known for designing and creating custom decor and accessories.

Can I just rent furniture without using your design or planning services?

Absolutely! We have a minimum rental fee of $1,500, plus insurance, delivery, and labor costs. You can also pick up your items to avoid delivery fees. Note that some items require specialized assembly and are therefore not available for pick-up

How far in advance should I contact you?

The earlier, the better! Giving yourself more time increases your chances of securing everything you need — from our services and available furniture to venue, catering, and entertainment. Some dates are in higher demand than others, so planning ahead pays off.

We operate throughout Québec, Ontario, and beyond. Give us a call!

Do I need to provide a deposit?

Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit upon contract signature, with the balance due on the day of the event.

How does Happening work?

Our team is made up of passionate professionals covering every area of expertise: concept, planning and sales, creation and design, coordination and logistics, setup, on-site support and teardown, as well as audiovisual services.
